Community Spirit Fundraising has structured the available raffle packages in accordance with all State and Territory legislation regarding the conduct of a raffle. However, Community Spirit Fundraising cannot take responsibility in the event these policies have changed.
It is the sole responsibility of your School or Club to be aware of the current legislation requirements regarding the conduct of a raffle in your State or Territory. Please refer to the list provided below for the contact details of your relevant Government Department.
