Online Raffle Tally Database

One of the great features of our raffle packages is access to our easy to use online raffle tally database.  You can access this database at any time from anywhere by logging in at the top left hand corner of our website.  The database will take care of all your raffle administrative requirements.

Username and Password

When you book your raffle package you will be issued with a username and password for access to your unique and confidential database.  Your database will be preloaded with all your raffle information.  All that you will need to do is enter names that books are issued to, and return information such as tickets sold/unsold, money received etc.

Reports

You will be able to generate and print the following reports;

• Money outstanding by group and name
• Ticket status
• Money returned by date
• Profit and Loss

These reports will greatly assist in the conduct of your raffle and also your record keeping requirements.  Please ensure you are aware of your State/Territory legislation on the conduct of a raffle.
